We offer flexible options to pay the Annual Membership Fees as outlined below. You can register for the current season via this online membership form which covers both Senior and Junior players.
We are grateful to the many members who greatly help both our cash flow and the membership administration by settling in full at the beginning of each season.
Macclesfield Hockey Club welcomes new members at any time during the year. Every team plays in a winter league of around 20 matches and there is regular weekly training offered as well as a ‘fun’ weekly summer run around. If you’d like to join us then please contact the Membership Secretary or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are welcome to come along to a couple of ‘taster’ training sessions before committing to membership to see what we are like!
To join you’ll need to complete the online membership form (which covers senior and junior players) and to pay the fees due by the end of September (or within 30 days of joining, if later in the season).
Players under the age of 18 require parental consent to join the Club. This process is also managed through the online application form which also covers permissions on photography and use of pictures on the Club’s website and on Social Media.
We take Safeguarding seriously at Macclesfield HC and the Club Welfare Officer is involved in ensuring that all child protection policies are in place so that our ‘next generation’ can play hockey in a safe and secure environment. Our Child Protection Statement can be found on the Information Page.
Ideally, payment should be made electronically to the following account:
HSBC (Stockport Branch)
Sort Code: 40-43-10
Account number: 91102524
Please email an e-receipt for the payment to the Membership Secretary via email@example.com once you have paid. This will ensure that we can confirm your payment more quickly.
If you prefer, you can write a cheque to cover the amount due, made payable to ‘Macclesfield Hockey Club’. This should be forwarded to the Honorary Treasurer (Mark Lockett).
Cash should not be mailed but passed in person to the Membership Secretary or your team captain, in a sealed envelope marked clearly with your name.
