Visiting Player Guidance for Games at Kings School:

–  Self-Check for COVID symptoms before you leave and bring your own hand sanitizer

–  Entry and exit to the school campus is via the East Entrance on Alderley Road

–  Observe Government Social Distancing before and after your game

–  Ensure you have read the England Hockey Step 4 Guidance

–  Visiting teams should arrive no more than 20 minutes before their designated pushback time, once all visiting players have arrived please contact the captain of the team you are playing to let them know you have arrived.

–  Opposition captains are required to login to Evepass (QR code) for our track and trace

–  Please arrive ready to play, no changing facilities will be available on-site, GK should change as much as possible after arriving at the school grounds and before entering the pitch

–  There are toilet facilities on site but only use the ones designated with a temporary sign indicated by your match day contact from Macclesfield

–  If you do need to warm up, do so by only running on the pathways, DO NOT run on the grass area (not a COVID requirement but a request by the school)

–  Should you arrive later than the pushback time you will not be allowed to take part in the game

–  Only enter the pitch area once the pitch manager/Macclesfield captain is present and givesthe OK to do so, please do not congregate in groups larger than 6 at the entrance

–  Only enter and exit by the gates indicated on the picture below

–  Upon entering the pitch head straight to your designated bag drop zone (see picture below)and separated by at least 2m

–  Umpires can use the space between the dugouts to drop their belongings

–  Do not congregate in groups larger than 6 before entering the pitch or anywhere on the school campus

–  The dugouts are NOT currently to be used as they have not been fixed down and present an H&S risk rather than a COVID risk

–  Should your game be overrunning it will be cut short to ensure that the time gaps between games remain intact

–  For spectators, there is a separate area to watch the game from, please use this but only if it is safe to do so and you can socially distance (2m+) in groups of no more than 6

–  Spectators should not lean on the top of the fences, in the spectator area, as these are not sanitised before and after each game

–  Please leave the pitch quickly once your game has ended and do not congregate in the car park afterwards.
